Please read below our requirements for event bookings. While we would enjoy attending every event, our event calendar slots are extremely limited. If you have an offer or proposal, please include this in your email.

We DO NOT do birthday party requests. Due to the size of our costumes and the time comittment involved, it's just not feasible for us to do these types of events.

Due to the size of our costumes, it is a requirement we drive to and from events unless other arrangements can be made (i.e shipping arrangements).

Below are some accomodations which help us help you put on a successful event. While we understant not all events can accomodate all of our needs, please go through the items carefully and let us know what you are able to help us out with.

IBOT's participation in convention programming includes (but not limited to):

• Hosting Panels
• Appearing in costume
• Photo OPS with attendees
• Signing Autographs at our merchandise table or appropriate setting
